Unlike mass-produced kits, our buildings are constructed using full-dimension rough cut pine and hemlock lumber for unmatched strength and durability. Each structure is designed to handle the tough New York seasons while maintaining its beauty and function for decades.

  • Foundation: 4”x6” or 6”x6” skid foundations so your building is always movable.
  • Floors: 2”x4” or 2”x6” floor joists on 16” centers with 1” rough cut hemlock flooring.
  • Walls: 2”x4” on 24” centers with a double sill plate for added stability.
  • Rafters: 2”x4” or 2”x6” on 24” centers, tailored to your needs.
  • Siding: Standard board-and-batten rough cut pine, with options for clapboard or log siding.
  • Roofing: Choose from durable steel metal roofs (various colors available) or traditional shingles.
